On the last Monday of each month, Århus Songwriting Workshop (ÅSV) holds an open mic for anyone who writes songs – or is just curious to hear what local songwriters are up to.
The evening usually features a short set by one of our members – tonight the British Yankee Nigel Ray Beck.
A singer-songwriter, recording artist, and raconteur, NIGEL RAY BECK is sometimes playful, often moving, and always engaging. With his authentic voice, commanding presence, and warm onstage presence, he has a knack for drawing an audience in and keeping them there.

If YOU would like to perform an original song or two, make sure you come in good time, find the emcee, and put your name on the list. There will be an acoustic guitar and a piano at your disposal.
And if you’re a current member, you’re welcome to book a headlining slot here.
